I have been advised that my order has been despatched by Post Office but has not been delivered.

What is/was the expected delivery date?
Both eBay and PayPal have tools in place to help buyers in your situation.

The eBay guarantee lasts up to 30 days beyond the delivery date. eBay does not get involved in warranty issues beyond that date.
