Please could anyone advise me. A delivery driver dropping off a parcel from eBay to my neighbour crashed my car and then drove off. How do I speak to someone at ebay?
There is no point in speaking to eBay about this.
It has nothing to do with eBay and they won't get involved.
Follow the advice you have been given to identify the courier and driver responsible. Remember that you will need a witness.
Ebay don't do deliveries.
You need to find which carrier it was & contact them.
The parcel should show who it was, Royal mail, Hermes, Etc.
You can also report to Police that they drove off, contact 101.
