My items have sometimes been delivered infront of my door, inside my bins or at the back....
This is ridiculous, I had to get my neighbours to help....
Done mostly by Hermes and Yodel deliveries. I need to put in a complaint and I need to know who to direct my complaints to.

make your complaint to the local delivery companies, your problem has nothing to do with ebay
