Delaying postage

Hi,

I've just bought an item with "Buy it now" and paid straight away with PayPal.

The seller has contacted me saying that he is not going to post the item until the PayPal funds clear.

The delivery date is quite important for me.

Do I have any course of come back if the delay affects the delivery date.

Tell the Seller he has to Post your Item as soon as EBay Message him regarding your Payment. He can check his Payments in the Hub. If you don't Receive your Purchase by one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date open an EBay Case for Item Not Received.  Then leave Appropriate Feedback.
