Delayed delivery from China

Hi!

I bought some items from China on March 11th and they have not yet arrived. 

Estimated delivery date is March 30th - April 22nd and I cannot open a case before April 22nd.

This is obviously outside ebay's 30 day limit for opening a case.

Where do I stand?

The 30 days starts from the latest estimate delivery date, so you've 30 days from 22nd April.
