HELP.
My late delivery rate has suddenly gone up to almost 4%.
AGAIN, I sold an item at 17.15 yesterday. Estimated delivery stated on the order is Sat 8th April (It's now 6th). Estimated delivery time on the listing is 3-4 working days! I deliver 'within 1 working day'
This is happening on orders nearly every day and again I, ('Valued customer'!!) called ebay about it who didn't know why it was happening but said they would pass my issue to the technical dept. (again). I asked for feedback but was told that wouldn't happen.
I am now getting defects for late delivery because ebay are prompting buyers to answer a question when they leave feedback - did this item arrive by this date? A date which is wrong in many cases.
The irony of all this is that I'm getting late delivery defects from buyers who go on to leave feedback saying 'Item arrived very quickly'
I think I know the answer but does anyone out there have an answer to this?
Is there anyone left out there?
