Defects on account

I keep getting warnings from ebay that my account is under review due to certain defects on my account. This all relates to several orders which I had to cancel in January because I was seriously ill in hospital with the covid. Since then I have had only one further cancellation, but ebay keeps telling me that my status as a seller is Below Average and that I am in danger of being suspended. I would like to talk to them about this but I cannot find a contact point. What should I do?

If as a Seller you Cancel a Sale without a Buyers Request you are given a Damaging Defect and charged the Selling Fees. As you have discovered it only takes a couple of Defects to down grade your Account Status. Ebay cannot help they don't like Unhappy Buyers. The damage is done. Check your Seller Dashboard.

Yes, but I was seriously ill in hospital at the time and didn't have access to my stock. Is it right I should be penalised for this? And how do I get to talk to a representative of ebay about this?
