I purchased a pair of gloves in early December, which were listed as "New Without Tags" and seemed fine upon visual inspection on receipt.
However, the first time I wore them a week or so ago the decorative stitching on both gloves unraveled. I managed to re-thread it, but there is no obvious way of securing it in place because of the lining and it simply unraveled again the next time I wore them.
I reported this to the seller a few days ago and then formally requested a return earlier today as the item is clearly defective and impractical to wear. It doesn't appear to have been finished correctly in production.
However, the seller has immediately declined the return request as "out of time" and there doesn't appear to be any method of me reporting this for an independent review by eBay.
Anyone have any suggestions as to how I might raise a case to get this resolved?.
Thanks
John L
