Defamatory feedback

I received 2 skirts from a seller.  One had a broken zip.  The other had a damaged waistband - the elastic had gone, making the waist huge.  They were sent screwed up into a litlle box covered with Fragile tape.  I had difficulty getting into the box! She offered £2 back saying she could accept one was faulty, but not two.  I opened a case and got refunds but then the seller left defamatory feedback, saying I bought things, got them free and then sold them on, which was a lot of nonsense and she can have the skirts back at any time.  I tried to reply to the feedback but was unable to do so.  It kept saying there was no feedback to reply to!  I am proud of my 100% feedback and the comments I usually get, but I am so upset about these remarks.  Is there anything I can do.

Hi

Appeal the feedback on the basis that you won both of the cases and the Seller has left negative feedback on a green positive dot which they are not allowed to do.
