Decline in sales

Hi guys

I started on ebay in Nov 20 with very encouraging results till about end of April. Sales have been on decline ever since that though I am listing many more and better products now. 

Is anyone else also experiencing this. I sell live plants btw. Thanks for your anticipated answers and help.

It may be because you're obviously growing plants to sell, but are still claiming to be a private seller and refusing to accept returns, as you are required to as a business seller.
