I ordered a bonnet latch for a car which was wrongly described and did not fit, so I opened a return case.
Ebay said I had to return it at my own cost which did not sound right to me, but I did so anyway.
I entered the tracking number (My Hermes) as soon as I had it.
Although Hermes say the item was delivered to the seller on 12 06 17, ebay says it is still on its way to them (20 06 17), so will not let me report the fact that I have still not had any refund.
There seems nowhere to go because of this error in the ebay site.
Any suggestions as to how I should proceed?...
