Hi people,
Basically purchased a DeWalt Radio via a winning bid (£99) and the seller said it's in "Great working order" but it's not!!
Aerial is loose and doesn't stay up, and falls out very easily
1 of 4 Cable Holders that you wind the cable round for storage is snapped off!
And the volume button is not working properly, it turns up when you turn down and vice verse, and volume jumps up very loud with a few turns! So basically not in "great working order" as described in description. none of the above was mentioned in description and seller has no returns policy, have contacted the seller four (4) times but with no reply and gave him two (2) days to answer me to resolve this problem without going down the complaining route, but no contact from him!?
so have opened a case for a return and my money back, what's the likelihood of getting a refund!?? eBay says if he don't get in contact by the 17/10/16 they will step in,
Anyone help/advise/recommend/experienced

It is hard for buyers to lose money on ebay as they are covered by the ebayand paypal  money back guarantee

You open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre and escalate it after another 8 days

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay
