Bought a chair which is damaged, want a exchange from seller which we agreed but seller ignoring my emails??
You may be lucky that the seller is ignoring your emails. You should have asked for a refund in the first place. All too often sellers offer a replacement and then drag things out until it's too late for the buyer to claim a refund.
You have given us NONE of the information we would need to advise you more fully, i.e. when you bought the chair, how you paid and when it was delivered (or collected).
Assuming that you paid through eBay's checkout and are still within the 30 day time limit to use eBay's money back guarantee, you need to open a case for a refund through the resolution centre, see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
On eBay, ALWAYS get a refund if an item arrives damaged. If you still want a replacement, order a second one. That way, your rights start again if the replacement is damaged too - it happens!
NEVER GO FOR A REPLACEMENT. You have 30 daysto open a Not As Described case to get a refund under the Money Back Guarantee. If you are still within time open a case now.
The fact that seller is now ignoring you probably means you are out of time.
ALWAYS use the tools that ebay provide, showing that you have never bothered to read the Money Back Guarantee, it is on every listing, just lets the seller drag it out until you are too late to open an Ebay case.
