Damaged item from china

Do I have to return a damaged it to China when iv sent them photos? They are trying everything possible not to replace the item offering 5p compensation!! It's a brooch for my bridesmaids wrist corsage.

Yes, to get a refund you will need to return by tracked mail to China.

Even then you will struggle. Buying from China may be cheap, but the hassle makes it not worth while.

Remember to leave Negative FB, they usually play for time so that you are out of time. They will promise anything to get a Negative Removed, BUT don't unless you have received the refund, even then I would not change FB.
