I ordered a pair of snickers work trousers, They arrived torn and even came with free pet hair on them. I find this totally unacceptable. The seller is messaging me saying they are as described in the advert, but the advert describes them as in really good condition.
The only place they are fit for is the bin.
The seller is unable to send me a postage paid label to return the torn filthy hairy trousers avoid all4casual at all cost.
If @*guinevere* advice does not work and because the seller is foreign you can try a case through Paypal where that will fund return postage to £15. The "joy" of this is that not only does the seller refund you but he gets charged by PP for the privilege!
Open a Not as Described case and escalate after 3 full business days.
As the seller is overseas he can't send you a return label but he can refund you without asking you to send the item back.
Ebay might just refund you anyway if the clothing is relatively inexpensive.
