DEMAND FOR BUYERS TO RETURN ITEM TO EBAY DIRECTLY TO REVIEW QUALITY TO DETER UNFAIR FEEDBACK

Hi all

 

I'm totally distraught that a buyer has left me 2 x negative feedbacks for ONLY 1 transaction. I make these gifts on my own so I know the exact quality that I make and send. I have made and sold almost 12,000 of these items...how can 1 BUYER leave me 2 x negavive feedbacks and be right? 

 

I demand that sellers have the right to have the option for the buyer to return items to head office for to revaluate quality and remove negative feedback when appropriate. 

 

Anyone agree?

 

I'm so angry and upset. I put my life and soul into my business and do it all on my own. As you will all be aware it's not easy at the best of times. Really hurt 😞

You say you know the quality of all your items you send out and are rightly proud of them,  however,  it is not the quality that is at question here,  but the non delivery.

 

Your 3 negtaives are all of the same ilk,  that is,  your customers did not receive their items.  The negatives are too old to rectify now,  but it could have been resolved at the time,  and a feedback revision sent. 

 

Unfortunately,  some buyers do use the feedback system as a message board instead of first directly contacting the seller,  especially for a non received item.
