I have tried to make contact with Ebay customer services and it keeps telling me its closed, any help would be greatful.

Sure,  please come back and post your question here,  if we can answer it,  we will and a darn sight quicker than calling eBay CS.

Otherwise,  it's just a case of hanging on the phone to them,  and to continually keep trying throughout the day,  when a line is free.

Thank you, I have a shop and pay for the privilege of having 100 scheduled listings and 100 free listings each month. This month July I have only had the 100 free scheduled listings, so basically I have paid 20GBP for listings worth 6GBP. Ire list y items continually and do not want to pay the 35p each listing.

Are you saying the 100 free offer has gone, or it is still there and is not being applied? If it has gone, or you can't meet the conditions, then contacting ebay win't help, you will have to think about whether a shop is still a viable option for you.

You also need to register properly as a business, which will probably mean no free listings anyway. Having an ebay shop does not mean you fulfil your legal responsibilities.

Aaah Kate , sorry unless someone else can pop up and help you, I do not have the answer for you. I know promotions for Private sellers have had added T & C's which have caught many out. Have the T & C's perhaps changed on your shop listings. ? If no one comes to your aid, I'm afraid you will have to call eBay CS to help clarify this for you.
