Customer receiving refund even tho I have proof of postage

I wanted to know how is best to contact eBay customer service as I have seen no number or email provided however recently have sent an item to a customer and sent her proof of postage but continued to appeal for a refund and eBay have given it to them and deducted the pay from me despite me having the postage receipt , what do you suggest is the best way to report this to eBay and get my money back ?

I'm sorry but I think your chances are limited...its best to input tracking details as soon as you marked as despatched

I hope you didn't send the original PoP to the buyer as you'll need that to claim from the royal mail for your missing item, there's a form on their website

If the buyer has been refunded then there is nothing you can do

You do not send a proof of postage to the buyer

If there it was just a proof you posted it then you would lose any dispute and have to refund the buyer

If it was a packet 1st or 2nd class packet then there would be a 16 digit code on the receipt which if accepte as tracking on ebay

You have to put any tracking onto the dispute to prove Delivered

If you did not do that then you lose

You have no way of getting your money back once the dispute is closed

You claim off RM for lost item

You can do that online royal Mail site
