Hello,
I feel l have been stung by a customer who bought a dress off me on ebay.
She had the dress for a few days then said it was too short!
The dress was from the shop NEXT a retail shop in the uk, it was bought over 3 years ago, and we just decided to sell it on ebay.
The customer replied l have taken it back to the shop next for a full refund of £30 even though the dress sold on eBay for £10 to her.
It was packed in a old next postage bag, as it was s best suited for the dress rather than a box with bubble wrap under is my mums next detail's for refunds. (very blare as the postage bag was old) .
Customer now wants a full refund of £30 and is claiming next the shop gave my mum a full refund.
This is not the case next have not refunded my mums account and claim the customer is lying.
We contacted next customer service twice this week.
What can l do please?.
Thank you
the buyer is trying it on!
tell them they can open a return within ebay and you will refund what they paid,
then just ignore them until they do.
One more thing! Cannot remember if this has been advised but definitely block this buyer from returning, and giving you further headaches!

Had to read this twice to actually see and believe here , what the buyer is actually claiming here!
You can politely inform your buyer that no shop will fully refund an item 3 years old taken back to their store.
If they wish a refund for the amount they paid then they can open the relevant case in the Resolution centre, and as this is for a case of ' does not fit', they also have to pay for that fully tracked return postage.
