Current Highest Bid does not show me the correct amount of highest bid

I think the item page does not show me the correct highest bid.
It shows me about 85 pound, and when I try to bid higher, then it shows me like "You are outbidding. Bid higher" kind of message and it drives me crazy.
And the worst thing is that after repeating that, ebay system limited the amount of bid I can submit.
And the Customer Service does not give me clear way to resolve this happening.
What should I do? I've tried to call the CS center but I'm not living in UK so there's no way to contact the service center directly.

adding to the advice already given -

These are the UK boards and you are in South Korea, best log into your designated site -  http://global.gmarket.co.kr/Home/Main

However - another problem is that bid retractions count against you and you have seven times more retractions than feedback - sellers will block you.

As a new bidder you will be restricted to amount and number of bids you can make.

You should only bid once with the maximum you are prepared to pay as EACH bid counts towards your limit, and if you bid several times you can reach your limit without having any hope of winning as you have used up all your bids.

A member will have placed a maximum bid and when you place yours eBay automatically increases theirs until it reaches the maximum. You will only become the highest bidder when yours exceeds their maximum.
