Not for the seller.

PayPal adds a currency conversion fee when buying an item listed in a different currency. Just as any bank or card issuer does.

As your money goes to paypal, ebay don't get involved.

Ebay normally charge 2.9% +30p for sterling, used to be 3.9% for other currencies, but a fees changed recently may be slightly cheaper now,

their conversion rate is not very good, but you have to accept it.

Thanks, do you mean Paypal charge 2.9%+30p as you said Ebay are not involved? Or am I not understanding something!
