I sold some creed aventus cologne ( impression clearly described as not real ,
Somebody bid on the item and won , now he’s complaining it’s not real ,, has complained to eBay ,
eBay refunded his money ,
The person has not returned the item , als he is verbally abusing me via email ..

Not only is it a criminal offence to sell this fake you did not, as claimed, clearly say it was fake.

Well.....

No fake/copy/counterfeit items are allowed to be sold on Ebay.   Sellers are responsible for their listings. 

It is actually illegal to offer said items for sale in the Uk.

IF you ignored the case and the buyer escalated it......yes Ebay may well force the refund and in the circumstances tell the buyer they do not have to return the item.

Selling fake perfumes on Ebay is one sure way to quicky get banned permanently from the site. 

I do hope your sonus bridge is a genuine product or you are going to really find yourself in deep waters.
