Courior accepted a bunch of guitars I sent (it turns out I didnt read the terms etc properly) they are on the prohibited list with this courior, okay so I got that wrong several times as it happens, but they took my money and delivered my guitars to various destinations around the UK. They also accepted my money for insured goods. It turns out they snapped the neck on a les Paul that I sold on ebay, I have refunded the buyer. But I believe even if I did get it wrong they (the courior) should not be able to hold on to the part of the fee for insurance when they have in effect renaged on that part of the deal. Is it worth my while say writing to judge rinder? 🙂

I wouldn't waste my time writing to judge Rinder. There are zillions of people writing to him hoping to get on the telly. You would be better off gong to the citizens advice bureau to see what they say.
