Counterfeit perfume

Bought some supposedly genuine perfume. When I received it the box looked authentic and real. Opened the perfume a couple of days later and discovered the bottle was only partly full. Immediately knew I had been conned. Tried the perfume after 15 mins neither myself or my daughter could smell it. I had bought genuine perfume before and it lasts for hours. Sent a photo of the bottle of perfume to the seller and requested a refund. He refused case was closed. So then I was like a dog with a bone. Reported him to eBay for copyright infringement. Within 15 mins most of his perfumes for sale were removed from his selling list. Today he is operating under a different name. How the hell can he get away with this ?

You opened the wrong case? It shoud have been not as described asapart from Fake, it is not allowed to sell part used bottles etc.

If you paid by Paypal open a Not as Described Case with them.

If you reported previously with a fairly rapid response from Ebay  report the new account, possibly using live chat,  as ebay do not like sellers getting round their decisions by moving to or opening a new account.

I assume that this person is registered as a Business Seller as a Business Seller has to accept returns for ANY REASON, so your original case should not have been closed, unless he is trading as a Private Seller which he should not be doing.
