Are ebay taking the absolute mick ? I didn't try and list a bag as genuine and they removed it 😮Now there are hundreds if not thousands of copies from Hong Kong on this site. So it's ok if your selling thousands of counterfeit goods as long as ebay is making loads of money off your listings. I bought air wear Kanye west sweatshirts which " aren't" and they know it

Some years ago eBay faced multiple legal challenges over the sale of counterfeits, including a court order in France to pay over 38 million euros in damages!

Today, eBay automatically removes every listing reported by the brand owner as counterfeit.

Don't even think of relisting an item that's been reported. EBay has no hesitation in removing sellers who ignore warnings.

it is against ebays rules and against the law to sell 'fakes' it doesn't matter how you describe them
