In August 2015 I bought 2 pairs of 'Salomon Speedcross 3' trail running shoes, from a seller in China. I have only just tried to use them for trail running and was very surprised to find that I experienced really bad knee pain (normall I am fine with neutral support running shoes which the speedcross 3 should be - road or trail shoes). I had my concerns that perhaps the item was not genuine and I have discovered this to be the case. These are counterfeit Salomon shoes - a local retailer confirmed this for me when I took them in to the shop for comparison.
I am wondering what I can do about resolving this issue. I cannot open a request because it's some time since I bought the shoes. However, I feel that I've been cheated by a counterfeit seller. I am really unhappy about this, especially as I raised concerns about authoenticity with the seller before paying to return the items and receive a larger size.
Is there anything I can do here? Please help.
Thanks in advance.
