Buyer made offer, I suggested counter offer, they came back with a counter offer for the same as the first offer which I had refused!?
I've had that!
It's a "Nope, I'm staying at this price" message.
I'd just decline it if it's not high enough.
That's OK, they will see that it was not accepted, and they have one more chance to place an offer, or they may have given up going as high as they wish to.
