Hi I have ordered a red petrol cap and it hasn't been sent to the address I've asked for and I can't access my emails can this be looked into please
We are members like you, NOT EBAY and in any case, seller posts to the address supplied by EBAY, not any address you advise the seller separately.
Seller only has any protection if they send to the address provided at CHECKOUT.
It is up to you to see that when you pay the correct address is shown and if not edit before paying.
No-one can look into things for you. You have to do this for yourself.
If there is a query about the delivery address you could start by sending a message to your seller. You can do this through eBay messages, you don't need access to email to do this.

Sellers are required to deliver items to the address you have registered with eBay / Paypal.
