How on earth do you get ebay to reply to any....emails you send them in reply to emails FROM them?

Or email them in the first place?

There is no way to contact eBay via email.

The majority of their staff work in the Philippines ,  and are working from home because of Covid.

Contact them this way.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page on the link below you will be able to access eBay Customer Services via a Live Chat and sometimes there is a Call Back available. Both options will give you an approximate waiting time, it is usually only a few minutes.

Lines open today between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Bring your issue to us,  you'll  probably get a faster reply.  Start with a new post so it is seen quicker.

Thank you for your very quick reply.

The issue is that I sold an item via ebay when it advertised £1 sellers fees. It then deducted a couple of £s of the sale price, which annoyed me, and now keeps telling me that I owe them a £1. Petty money I know, but it’s just the principle. Whenever they write telling me I owe them£1, I reply that I have paid and over the quoted fee, but never get a response. Their email does say at the bottom if you have paid, ignore it. I won’t be in a hurry to ebay again.

Oh ……I hate with a vengeance online “chat” services, which is why I emailed…..also there is an evidence chain?
