Correspondence and getting paid

Can anyone tell me, how one emails ebay uk, or gets a reply from them? Or more importantly, why I've waited days to get paid for what I've posted off.......how do you get hold of ebay??????

Your items were for collection and as a Returning/Occasional seller, payments are liable to payment holds 

... best to arrange/accept Cash on inspection/collection = No risk of 21 day payment holds, Chargebacks  or claims for Not received/Not as described/damaged etc.    With Cash in hand, mark as paid and despatched in 'More actions or in Orders/Sold' '.  when item is inspected and taken away >

Thank you for your reply. Idid indeed do this and with the buyers agreement, who then decided unilaterally to send the money to ebay (but wasn't sure and couldn't find a record??) but sent me postage by BACS which was agreed for the whole sale.

...I searched ebay and found her money, and asked ebay for some clarity as an issue had been raised and closed by ebay apparently. I asked ebay to explain, but no reply has been forthcoming.

Check with your Bank. Ebay send it there.
