Due to lockdown I was unable to complete a sale as I could not post any items. Buyer was notified and full refund given.
Had one to one text contact and explained siuation as I have been invoiced for these sales.
Now Ebay insist on feedback for these items.
All ebay info is totally useless in this situation.
The items still appear as sold but no money.
PLease will somebody solve this situation for me.
How was the refund given?
If direclty through Paypal , you pay a seller fee, you may get a damaging defect on your account, and it does not stop the buyer opening an eBay case for a refund.
If they have, you need to conatct eBay CS from the Help & Contact tab above, explain you have refunded through Paypal
If you can't post items, why have you still got live listings? You need to end them now.
