Copying and pasting someone else's description

It appears that another seller has copied an item that build and sell. I understand that as I have no patent they are within their rights to do this. The issue I have is that they have copied and pasted my item description on their own listing. I have contacted the seller with no response. What more can I do?

It is not good but not a lot you can do about it except contact the seller and ask them to change it.

If you are making items to sell then you are a business and need to register as such

When you do if you can prove you are the brand owner then you can ask ebay to put you on the Vero list
