Hi all
Does anyone know how to contact the Ebay staff? Last week I listed two different flavoured Nordic Spirit pouches; one has clearly sold. I have received an email from Ebay to say that both items have been removed due to containing nicotine yet I have seen the same item for sale plus there are vapes and the juices which contain nicotine for sale on the site so how to I make a complaint to put my items back for sale or am I wasting my time???
This is the section from their email which clearly states that I can post my items for sale as Nordic Spirit is pouches and both were 6mg way under the 20mg limit they have:-
'The following are exceptions that can be listed:
- Collectable or vintage packages
- Nicotine patches, nicotine gum, or nicotine pouches
- Tobacco seeds
- E-cigarettes, e-shishas, and related accessories such as atomisers, liquids (with and without nicotine), and flavours are allowed from permitted business sellers who meet the following requirements:'
The only thing I can see from their email that I didn't include on my email was the statement that the items should only be purchased by anyone under 18 yrs old yet I thought you had to be over 18 to register on Ebay anyway.
Seriously cross
Thanks

You contact EBay through Help and Contact at the top of the Page. You would be wasting your time though as Ebay have instructed in their Message you CANNOT LIST your Nordic Pouches. That instruction is Non Negotiable. Your Account will be Restricted if you try to list them again.
Some Approved Registered Business Sellers probably are allowed to Sell Nicotine Pouches. You are just a Private Seller and have no Legal Recourse to complain.
