How the hell do you contact ebay: they asked me to send them a documentbut I heve not got an email as the one they useto contact you is a nocontact account?

Go to Help and Contact Top Right of the Page under Seller Help then Scroll down for Options. It will be Call Me Back or Chat with Us.
