Contacting ebay

Hello 

I need to actually speak to someone at Ebay.

I have purchased an item 130 days ago and not received it. I've contacted seller (numerous times) who have said to wait.

After waiting 100 days I requested a refund which hasn't arrived and cannot contact Ebay.

I have raised a case but as purchase is over 90 days ago no automated help is any use.

Anyone know how to actually speak to someone please?
