Contacting Ebay

I am trying to contact Ebay to request  a refund,  the help section keeps on sending me back to the pruchase history which it is not in. It is in order cancellation section. In this section it does not give me the option to request a refund. The buyer cancelled the order due to issues and Ebay put the buyers cancellation into cancelled order section which it seem I can do nothing about. Any help gratefully received.

If you are the seller then if the buyer has requested a refund that will have been dealt with by ebay. 

I am not sure whether you mean that you want a refund [for some reason] but I can think of no reason why that would be!

Hello. I bought an item on ebay and the seller cancelled my order due to
a hack into his account. I have been in touch with the seller many times
and he cannot do anything about it, his contact is ebay concierge they
advised me to get in touch with Ebay. Because Ebay have put the item
into a cancelled order account I cannot cancel the order, it will not
allow me to ask for an escalation to get my refund. the help page asks
me to contact the help page, gives me a picture of the item in dispute,
click and sends me back to the cancellation page. Round full circle. All
I want is a telephone number or an Email address to contact Ebay. And
before yoy advise the 0345 number it does not work

Finally managed to send an Email to customer support.
