Contacting Ebay directly about a seller

I'm trying to contact Ebay directly but I can't find any email address or phone number to do this.

Can you help by pointing me in the right direction of where I can obtain this information?

Contacting Ebay directly about a seller

EBay has procedures for reporting numerous issues with sellers (and buyers).

If you don't tell us what the problem is, it's impossible to advise you what to do about it.

As to where you can obtain this information, you can either explain what's happened, or go to Help & Contact (top of page) and enter a few keywords in the search field.

You can only contact them by going through the help and contact route using the button on the top of the page.  They either do call back, or live chat.
