Any idea how I can 'speak' to someone, email is fine re a return as none of the ready made options applies to me? Or can anyone advise me please?
I started a return for some seat covers that dont fit (listing says they should fit my car), printed off the Ebay returns label, took it to the post office who said it wont cover the cost as it weighs more, and to print another or pay the full amount. I couldnt find a way to get a label for the full weight, so paid the postage costs.
My problem is, my return on here is stuck in limbo, the package has gone back but is now not linked to my retun process on here which is still saying post the item by a certain date or they will close my return.
If I have to pay the postage, so be it but it looks on here that Ive not sent it back.

The tracking associated with the ebay label is always pre filled into the case so to override this, being as you've usde your own label, you need to speak to ebay and ask them to add the tracking to the case.
