I have have just wasted several hours trying to contact first PayPal then Ebay to get to the bottom of a complaint made by a seller for a purchase made in July 2020 re alledged refusal of payment . I want to ask to ask Ebay to contact seller to see if this is a scam before sending money.. I cannot get through the hoops in resolution centre questions and keep getting back to Contact Customer Services and not applicable to FAQ's!
Tempted to door step Ebay Offices but that is not on just Now. So frustrating. I need to forward emails from supposed seller. Is there really no way to contact Ebay in specila circumstances. Help please. Only talking of £23 and I have received the goods in July but no record of payment going through or refund and I want to clear my name!
