I have paid for an iten and now the product doesn't work so it's under warranty but the seller magicaled won't reply to my emails to help me with replacing product or refunding me
So now what can I do

Trading standards or CAB are your options unless you are within ebays 30 day money back guarantee period, paypal give 180 days but neither ebay or paypal cover warranties.

Shouldnt ebay be removing these sellers then if they wont reply to items that wont work when they are under warranty

Sent 20 emails they are ignoring everyone. No back up from ebay. No warranties on ebay purchases if tge seller wants to ignore you. And ebay does nothing about it
