Contact number for ebay

Somebody has claimed a refund for jumpers from almost 8 weeks ago and PayPal have automatically given them the money back I can't find a number on eBay to speak to a human only recorded messages. Can anybody help me please

If the Returns Case was done through PayPal you need to Appeal there.
