 I have a fellow competitior who has his facebook and his phone number pictured on all his adds, his last picture states if you click the buy it now he will add 9% as he has them listed in the wrong category! ,Our customer services team have been telling Ebay for over 6 months, no action taken??? Please dont tell me they cant tell me what action is taken, as I know that:) What on earth is going on with this car boot sale of a website!!!

You should be able to report listing for trying to avoid fees,

but as you found ebay don't always take action, especially as you are a competitor, can be seen as sour grapes.

Where is the level playing field, it beggars belief, and encourages illegal activity/off site sales, everyone loses out!

I have report listings before, but rarely do ebay do anything, so I don't bother now.
