I ordered 4 lots of books - 41 in total - from a seller in America via GSP. The items never arrived. Firstly eBay told me they had been lost after clearing customs here, then days later that my package had been damaged and returned to the original seller, in the U.S. The seller tells me they have not recieved any returns. Early this morning I see a listing of 31 of the 41 books I ordered being auctioned by a U.k. seller. The same books. Same damage, exactly. Same multiple copies, exactly. Anyone have any idea what may be happening?

No idea what's happening but I can tell you how to proceed with a non delivery.

Open a case or cases for item not received in the Resolution Centre, escalate on day 4,  if you are not refunded beforehand.

Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise from the seller,  and do not forget to escalate.

Cheers. Had a full refund, original seller not at fault. Will talk with

If items were damaged by Pitney bowes, they refund you & seller, items are then sold (probably at auction house) to recover PB's losses.

Then why do eBay tell me they are returned to seller? Pitney Bowes say
nothing to do with them, they just provide tracking tech!
Still confused.
