11/08/2019 I became a concierge customer.
I am private seller and then as now had 100% positive feedback and 5 star ratings.
Excellent support from Irelands customer support team.
Obviously ther was also the benefit of free returns.
I returned an item approx 2 months ago but never got refunded, which was automatic with concierge.
I then found my status as concierge customer had been removed, no communication from eBay?
I have been dealing with customer support in Philippines, who are absolutely useless, spent nearly 3 hours today in chat going round in circles and got no where, concierge support would have resolve my issue in 5 minutes.
But they could not even answer my question regarding concierge support, in fact about a month ago by phone support an arrogant agent told me I had never had concierge support.... like I said they are useless.
I suspect as my star rating wasn't showing enough items sold they removed my concierge status without telling me, can anybody here confirm what the hell is going on as obviously customer support can't.
