Why do eBay make it so hard to contact them?

Top of the page under help and contact then scroll down the page to see what options are there

It  may be call back or chat

If closed then it reopens at 9am on a weekend

You could put your problem here and we can try and help much quicker than trying to contact ebay

because most things are automated and you really don't need to speak to anyone,

what problem are you having that you want to talk to them about?

But it hits their sales and therefore their income! An easy 'e-mail eBay' facility would be good - a clicky on a prominent page.

They have a special offer this weekend for Nectar users but it is not possible to call up the individual sellers' shop from the list of participating sellers.

Their loss, not mine.

Hi,
I'm using PC + Mozilla Firefox. It's not my PC or browser that determines whether it is quick and easy to let eBay know they have a problem with their web-site. 😉 Try their server! 🙂
