Commercial LED light fittings

We bought a large quantity of LED fitting costing us £660 for 16 fitted them today and 3 of the 16 have dark shadows and drivers very hot. We contacted seller three times as they advertise a 3 year warranty as it will cost to remove and return and as it's the fault of the fittings whose liable. We hope no others start to show signs of shadowing. We have advised seller of costs to remove and return or to just send ones that are not faulty and we will cover their removal cost and fitting. What rights do we have as buyers?

Ebay will say open ebay case for not as described, seller will need to arrange a way to return them all.
