Hi. I wonder if I could get some help/advice please. I was interested in buying 2 tops from the same seller who had postage costs of £3.50 to send 2nd class post per top. Before I placed any bids on the 2 tops I asked if the seller would combine postage if i won them both as didn't want to pay £7.00 to have them sent together and I know that it would only have cost the seller £2.90 at the most for posting them in the same parcel but was happy to pay a reduced amount for postage even if it was £3.50 or £4.00. The seller replied instantly that yes they would only charge me one postage cost and would request payment through an invoice. I won both tops and waited for an invoice and as I didn't receive one i contacted them twice ( once last night and once again this morning)for an invoice. The seller hasn't responded to any of my messages nor has sent an invoice for the total due. I'm now thinking that they want the full £7 postage plus the wining bids but I'm reluctant to pay £7 postage. Can I cancel the order or do I wait for the seller to contact me. I feel it a bit suspicious that the seller was happy to reply to me before I bid but now I've won the auction had no response to any messages. If I cancel the order will this give me a negative feedback. I have a 100% feedback as both a seller and a buyer myself. As a seller if I overcharge postage I always refund the difference. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks you. K.
