Combined Postage Requested to Italy

Hi,  I wonder if anyone with experience of this may be able to help me.

Two of my items have been purchased by the same buyer in Italy and he has sent me a message requesting the cost to ship to Italy and for combined postage.  Although I didn't state I would post outside of the UK (accept by the Global Shipping Programme), I am happy to oblige the buyer with a combined postage charge and also to send direct to Italy for him.

The issue is, that whenever I try to bring up the invoice to combine the items and change the price, I get the message:

The Global Shipping Programme already provides your buyer with an invoice for all applicable item, postage and import charges.

How can I override this please, so I can send the buyer an invoice for sending directly to Italy?

Thank you for your support.

Global combined postage =

The buyer can obtain combined postage by placing the items in the basket before proceeding to checkout.

At this time, seller-specified combined postage discounts aren’t supported by the Global Shipping Programme. However, a combined postage discount for the international leg of the delivery will automatically be applied during checkout when the buyer places all items in their shopping basket prior to making a purchase.

You can't override global, buyer has to pay THEIR invoices with inflated posatge for each item.. Why use it in the first place if you don't want to use. it.
