Collection qr code

I have sold an item and posted as collection only. The buyer has now  collected it but can't find the qr code or number for me to confirm collection. What can I do to mark as collected without this information. Thanks.

Mark as paid and despatched in listing > More actions or Selling Order/Sold link ... best to accept Cash on inspection/collection = No risk of 21 day payment holds, Chargebacks  or claims for Not received/not as described/damaged etc. >
