Sold item twice and buyers dont seem to noticecthat i am NOT posting as collection only. Cant cancel the sale as the cancellation process doesnt have the reason BUYER ASSUMES ITEM WILL BE POSTED option.

Of course you can cancel, choose problem with buyer's address as the reason.

Perhaps make it clearer at the top of the description box that it is collection in person only.  I appreciate you have collection in person in the postage field on the listing however your wording in the description box is way down and coudl easily be missed.
